Pia Myrthil Ericsson
Pia has extensive experience leading complex organizational restructuring and transformation processes. Some of her assignments include spearheading and managing large-scale organizational development projects, developing human capital, working as a collaboration process manager, project facilitator, and executive coach in the public, private and non-profit sectors.
Pia assists in the long-term development of corporate culture, customizes organizational transformation programs, develops change management tools and trainings, leads educational and collaborative workshops, and guides leaders in setting the stage for learning and development within the organization and with its partners.
